Bulgur is a versatile and nutritious wheat product, most common in Mediterranean Middle-Eastern cuisine. It can be cooked with vegetables, chickpeas, tomatoes, spices or dried fruit like cashews or raisins.
Suggestions of use: add 3 parts boiling water to 1 part boulgour. Boil for 7 minutes, stirring ocasionally. Remove from heat. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
