Ingredients: Wholemeal Spelt*, water. *from organic farming.
Use suggestions: Use a 2-1 ratio (water to couscous). Add one cup of couscous to boiling water. Cover for about 5 minutes and then loosen the grains with a fork and leave to cool. You can also add a previously cooked stew made with onions, carrots, tomatoes or other vegetables, or make delicious chilled couscous-based salads.
