Mode of use: Wash the bean and a strip of kombu seaweed, soak both in three times their volume in water and cook for 30 min in a pressure cooker. You may add several vegetables such as savoy cabbage or carrots, or braise with onions. You may also cook with whole rice (they have the same cooking time).
